AGREED DIVORCE ON REQUEST
This type of divorce is suitable for situations where one of the spouses refuses the divorce procedure by mutual consent because they wish that the other spouse alone takes the initiative for the divorce but accepts the request of the other spouse, or cases where the spouses agree to divorce, but wish that the judge decides on the consequences of divorce, or finally in the event when the spouses want to act rapidly on the principle of divorce but wish to allow time to settle the shared property (for example while awaiting the sale of some real estate property).
